Whatever the next steps are, it was such a relief not to stress over lost or missing documents! Kudos to the vets and Vetsure!

Overall, it was a really good experience. They processed the claim quickly, with the first payment to the vets happening the day after the initial treatment, and the final payment arriving well before the last appointment. Vetsure kept in touch through email to clear up a few questions we had. The only hiccup was my struggle to locate what I was told is called "My Portal" on their website to keep track of the claim. I reached out three times via Webchat for some clarity, but didn’t get a straightforward answer. Does that thing even exist? Otherwise, I would’ve given it a five-star rating. Appreciate the otherwise fast and efficient service!

The reimbursement I got was way too low compared to what I paid throughout the policy's duration - there were also excess fees and copays. I'll stick with these pups for the rest of their days since they're getting on in years, but I won't be going with your insurance for any future animals.
